Will I get to see my artwork before it’s printed?

Absolutely! We’ll send you a preview of your portrait once it’s ready. You can ask for as many edits as you’d like—we won’t print until you’re 100% happy.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We’ve got you covered. If you’re not happy with your artwork, we’ll make unlimited edits for free until you love it. And if you’re still not satisfied once it arrives, we’ll redo the artwork and replace it—at no extra cost.

How do I know if my pet photo will work?

We review every photo we receive. Most are great, but if there’s an issue, we’ll reach out and help you send a better one.
For best results, use a photo taken in natural light.

How long will it take to receive my order?
